Prepare the Item
Ensure the furniture is in its original, unassembled condition and securely repacked in the original manufacturer packaging to prevent damage during transit.
Schedule Pickup or Drop-off
Once approved, we will coordinate a convenient pickup time with our specialized furniture couriers or provide instructions for bringing the item back to our outlet warehouse.
Receive Your Refund
After our quality control team inspects the returned item, a refund will be issued to your original payment method, minus applicable restocking and shipping fees.
